How can I register?

You can register at any one of our 5 locations, or online at www.mitchellssalon.com/rewards. When you register in the salon, you will receive your card and can start earning points immediately! When registering online, please allow up to 5 business days to receive your Beautiful Rewards card by mail.

How can I earn points?

With Beautiful Rewards, you earn 1 point for every $1 dollar you spend on products and services at Mitchell's Salon and Day Spa (points for Gift Certificate purchases are awarded at the time of their redemption not at the time of purchase). Keep an eye out for our double point specials during promotional periods!

How can I find out how many Beautiful Rewards points I have?

You will receive a unique username and password to the beautiful rewards website through email within 3-5 business days. After you receive your username and password, visit www.mitchellssalon.com/rewards and login! If you chose not to give your email address, you can check your Beautiful Rewards points at a Beautiful Rewards Kiosk conveniently located in any one of our 5 locations. With the Beautiful Rewards website, you can check how many points you have, redeem points, view your complete account history and keep abreast with what's new with Beautiful Rewards and Mitchell's Salon and Day Spa.

How do I redeem my Beautiful Rewards points?

Redeeming your points couldn't be easier! Just log into the Beautiful Rewards website and click on "Redeem Points" and choose from our extensive list of fabulous reward items. You will receive your gift by mail within 3-5 business days.

How will you use my information?

As a member of Mitchell's Salon & Day Spa's Beautiful Rewards program, we would like you to know that we respect your privacy and want you to understand how we intend to use the information we collect from our members. We use your information to contact you with special Beautiful Rewards offers or to contact you regarding orders you may have placed online. We do not sell or divulge your information to a third party.

What do I do if I lose my card?

If you lose your card, just notify the receptionist during your next visit or you can call us at 513.793.0900. We will issue you a new card and transfer your points from your previous account to your new one.

What happens if I forget my card?

Don't worry. If you forget your card the day of your visit, just let the receptionist know. Your receptionist can look up your card number and make sure you get credit for your purchase.
