  1. Beautiful Rewards points are available on qualifying purchases all Mitchell's Salon & Day Spas. You must present your Mitchell's Beautiful Rewards card at the time of purchase to receive Mitchell's Salon & Day Spa Inc. Beautiful Rewards points.
  2. No purchase is necessary to get a Mitchell's Beautiful Rewards card; however you can only have one active card at a time. Lost or stolen cards are replaceable. Account transfers and address changes should be made in writing. For more information, please contact us at 513-793-0900.
  3. You will be awarded 1 point for every dollar of services or products purchased. Points will not be issued for tax or tip. If a discount is applied, points will be awarded on the amount paid (discounted amount) not the original cost.
  4. Mitchell's Beautiful Rewards points will be issued on the redemption of gift certificates. Points will not be issued for complimentary gift certificates.
  5. Mitchell's Beautiful Rewards points can be redeemed online at www.MitchellsSalon.com or at an in-store Beautiful Rewards kiosk.
  6. Mitchell's Salon & Day Spa Inc. reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to terminate the Beautiful Rewards program, and to alter, limit, modify or add to the Beautiful Rewards program rules, regulations terms and conditions, including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes in point values, rewards, and reward levels, all without prior notice, at any time.
  7. Mitchell's Beautiful Rewards points have no cash value. Points are surrendered for award redemption only. All point redemptions are final. No exchanges or refunds will be granted.
  8. Mitchell's Salon & Day Spa Inc. reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and/or void all or a portion of a member's point balance if the points have been issued, received or redeemed through computer error, fraud or theft, through illegal means or in a manner not authorized in the Official Rules & Conditions or in other current Beautiful Rewards program rules. These rights are in addition to any other legal or equitable remedy which may be available to the Mitchell's Beautiful Rewards program under applicable law.
  9. We occasionally send mailings to Mitchell's Beautiful Rewards members with discount offers and information about the Beautiful Rewards Points program. If you prefer not to receive such mailings, you may unsubscribe to our list.
  10. Employees of Mitchell's Salon & Day Spa Inc. are not eligible for participation in the Beautiful Rewards program.
  11. Products or services purchased using employee discounts are not eligible for Beautiful Rewards points.
  12. Complimentary services or products are not eligible for Beautiful Rewards points.
