CHILDREN. The Spa is an adult only area. In consideration for other clients, children are not permitted in the spa area. When in the salon area, please keep children with you at all times for their safety.

CANCELLATIONS/PUNCUTALITY. We would appreciate 24-hour notice. We greatly appreciate your punctuality.

SCHEDULING. We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving Mitchell's. Just ask one of our appointment coordinators. We'll arrange everything.

STAFF SELECTION/CHANGES. If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member - or if you'd just like to get a fresh point of view - please let us know.

On spa days, please leave your jewelry at home - one less thing to think about! We also ask that you change into the smock provided for protection of your clothing.
