HOURS. Monday - Friday: 9am to 9pm, Saturday: 8am to 6pm, Sunday: Closed.

NO SMOKING. Mitchell's continues to ensure a healthful environment for our clients by upholding a no smoking policy.

CHILDREN. The Spa is an adult only area. In consideration for other clients, children are not permitted in the spa area. When in the salon area, please keep children with you at all times for their safety.

ONE NUMBER CALLING. For your covenience, one phone number will schedule you for any of our salons. Call 793.0900.

CANCELLATIONS/PUNCUTALITY. We would appreciate 24-hour notice. We greatly appreciate your punctuality.

SCHEDULING. We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving Mitchell's. Just ask one of our appointment coordinators. We'll arrange everything.

STAFF SELECTION/CHANGES. If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member - or if you'd just like to get a fresh point of view - please let us know.

PRICES. All prices are subject to change without notice.

CREDIT CARDS. We accept Visa/Mastercard and American Express.

SUGGESTIONS. We're always open to yours. Please let us know how we may serve you better.

FOR YOUR PROTECTION. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. On spa days, please leave your jewelry at home - one less thing to think about! We also ask that you change into the smock provided for protection of your clothing.
