Every level of promotion requires extensive additional training. They must attend advanced educational seminars provided by Mitchell's, as well as attending seminars and shows at a national level.

Mitchell's Stylists are among a select few in the country who are invited to attend the prestigious Bumble and Bumble University New York, John Sahag Workshop New York, Wella Studio Workshop New York, and Goldwell International Center for Creative Development Baltimore for advanced training in Haircutting, Styling, Perming, and Coloring. They also attend classes provided exclusively for them in Cincinnati.

Mitchell's Spa Staff attend advanced training provided by Bio Elements Conservatory of Esthetics' Chicago, and Rene Guinot New York, in addition to attending classes provided exclusively for them in Cincinnati. Many of our Massage Therapists have specialized training in such unique services as Infant, Pregnancy and Hot Stone therapy massage.

Mitchell's Nail Technicians receive advanced education necessary to be certified as Master's from Creative Nail, in addition to attending classes provided exclusively for them in Cincinnati. MItchell's salon and spa staff repeatedly receive national and local recognition for their superior skill and artistry.
